We can simplify an expression by distributing if needed and combing terms if needed.

In the expression 14x - 6 + 7x the terms 14x and 7x are like terms. Because they both have the same variable and are to the same power.

14x - 6 + 7x
21x - 6

So, 21x - 6 is the answer.
