On December 10, 1948, the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights was made during the UN General Assembly in France. Its aim is to set the correct human rights to be a basis for moral laws. Basing on the choices, the one which is clearly not a human right is A. right to inhumane punishment.
From the word itself, inhumane, this is a violation to the human rights. When people violate state laws or even moral laws, there are appropriate measures to deal with these crimes. They must undergo judicial hearings and be punished by condemning to jail.
