recognize the differntce of 2 perfect squares
remember
a²-b²=(a-b)(a+b)
and
so
m⁴-100=(m²)²-10²=(m²-10)(m²+10)
we can force another factor if you wanted by doing this
(m²-10)(m²+10)=(m-√10)(m+√10)(m²+10)
