M^4-100 in factor form

recognize the differntce of 2 perfect squares

remember
a²-b²=(a-b)(a+b)
and

(x^m)^n=x^(mn)

so
m⁴-100=(m²)²-10²=(m²-10)(m²+10)
we can force another factor if you wanted by doing this
(m²-10)(m²+10)=(m-√10)(m+√10)(m²+10)

Only in grade 9, didn't learn this, but I assume it is...

(m^2+10)(m^2-10)
