The speed of sound through air varies with the temperature (in Celsius) of the air as v = 3C 5 + 330, where v represents speed expressed in meters/second. What is the y-intercept of this function?

Looks like the function was typed incorrectly, but it does not matter.  The y-intercept will be the speed of sound when C=0°.
