Imagine a close friend is planning to go out and celebrate this weekend. You know your friend intends to drink and may experiment with drugs. You are not only concerned for her wellbeing but also worried that she might get behind the wheel and drive. Using the information you learned in module 8, write a paragraph persuading your friend to make safe choices. List at least three dangers she may face and two alternatives for her to safely and legally enjoy the celebration.

Im not sure what it says in the module but....
Dear (any name), you are one of my closest friends and I would hate for anything to happen to you. I understand that we are young but there are safer ways to have fun, and to enjoy a party. Drugs and liquor might sound extremely tempting but it is super dangerous once you are under the influence. Many things could go wrong and jeopardize your safety, and wellbeing. By drinking, you could face alcohol poising. Instead of drinking liquor why not make a fun game mixing different nonalcoholic beverages and, see who's comes out the tastiest. Using drugs could lead to overdose, and even a lifelong addiction. Addiction is something that could ruin your life before you even got to fully enjoy it. Instead of using drugs to get a high why not have a sugar rush. It is kind of childish but much safer, and tastes a lot better too. When under the influence, you're not really in the right mindset to make the best decisions. That is extremely dangerous and worrying. Someone could take advantage of you, leading to something as serious as being kidnapped, or even sexual assault . I don't want to see any of those things happen to you. So have fun but be safe too!
