The best sentence to follow the NHTSA's definition of aggresive driving would A, since it reflects how this manner of operating a motor vehicle can cause drivers to feel dominance over the streets and cross even when they do not have right of way. This would cause other, non-aggresive drives, to be forced out of the way and let them pass through in order to avoid an accident.
