How much will the bicycle cost if it was 1/4 off the regular price of 189.92

I think, don't quote me on this, but I think the answer is $142.44
All I did was multiply 189.92 by .25 then I took 47.48 and subtracted it from 189.92

(189.92)(.25)= 47.48
1/4=.25 The above calculation tells how much 1/4 of the item's cost is.

Then you take the original price (189.92) and subtract 1/4 of the items cost aka 47.48.

129.92-47.48=142.44
