13. When first beginning a workout, the warm-up period

The warm up periods for each exercise are called reps. An average number to do is 10-15. Then you begin the exercise. You can take as long as you need or do as many you feel are needed. Hope this helps Comrade!

you are suppose to warm up for 30min then start your work out
