Solution:

Both the data set which describes about Rome and New york , which tells the number of times families eat at restaurants during a week.

In data set 1,

Mean > Median

that is, 6.6 > 6.5,

So, data set is skewed to right.

In data set 2,

Median > Mean

6.5 > 5.2

So, data set is skewed to left.

As, in both cases we have used mean and median to know about the data set.

Option A and Option B:

A: Both centers are descried with the mean,

B : Both centers are descried with the median
