Answer:The answer is C i.e. Factor

Explanation:

A rational expression is an expression containing fractions in which both numerator and denominator are polynomials

So to simplify a rational expression we have to make the factor of it

For example:
(x^2-9)/(x^3-27)

When we simplify it

we make factors of
x^2-9 and
x^3-27

=
((x+3)(x-3))/((x-3)(x^2+9+3x))

=
(x+3)/(x^2+9+3x)

which is a simplified expression
