the shortened appeals process limits the ability of inmates to produce evidence that exonerates them

The idea that they should be executed quickly is wrong because they might provide evidence that proves that they are innocent or they could provide new information that might help with other terrorists or anything similar. If you put them to death row quickly they can't be useful in any way nor can they be exonerated.
