The best way to judge the cooking and the holding temperature of food is to use a food thermometer. Thermometers are devices that are used to measure temperature of objects. Specifically, food thermometers are for food use. They are designed for cooking or just checking the temperature of food products. There are two general types of thermometers namely analog and the digital thermometer. The difference between the two is on the way how temperature are read. For analog, temperature is read manually by a dial or by graduation markings. For digital, the temperature can be obtained directly since the value is written directly on a screen.
