Consider the graph of the linear function h(x) = –6 + 2/3x. Which quadrant will the graph not go through and why?

the second quadrant because if you draw the graph using 2 point like (0,-6) and (9,0) you will see this

Answer: The graph will not go through second quadrant.

Explanation:

Since, the given function, h(x) = –6 + 2x/3,

Which is the linear equation.

That is , given equation must be a line.

Which has x-intercept (9,0)

And, y-intercept (0,-6)

After plotting a straight line passes through these two points we found that it is not passing through second quadrant.
