since it cuts it in half, ur looking for the midpoint
midpoint formula : (x1 + x2) / 2 , (y1 + y2)/2
(-3,5)...x1 = -3 and y1 = 5
(0,-2)..x2 = 0 and y2 = -2
now we sub and solve
m = (-3 + 0) / 2 , (5 - 2) / 2
m = (-3/2 , 3/2)
m = (-1.5, 1.5) <==
