y = kx
9 = 153k
k = 9/153
k = 3/51
so if y = 13 then
13 = 3/51 x
x = 13 (51/3)
x = 221
answer
x = 221 when y = 13.

153/9 = x/13
153 x 13 = 1989
1989/9=221
x = 221
