15. I plan to be able to run a mile in under 8 minutes, by working with a running coach three days per week and working out in the gym two days a week. What is the one component which is missing in this goal?

Yeah it's D same with quitting smoking or an addiction there needs to be a certain date to quit or else you will keep procrastinating
