The answer is Vitamin C. it also known as L-ascorbic acid, a water-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in some foods. Ascorbic acid enhances nonheme iron absorption by forming a chelate with ferric iron at acid pH that remains soluble at the alkaline pH of the duodenum
