The emotion is an aspect of consciousness and can be characterized by a certain physical changes, brain activation, and tendencies toward action. Emotions can be positive but also negative and they are a natural and healthy art of our life. There are healthy ways to cope with emotions. It is important to realize that emotions are natural and learn acceptance of emotions. You should also adjust your expectations and don't be disappointed.
