(50rev/min)(2π80 in/rev)(ft/12in)(mi/5280ft)(60min/hr)=480000π/63360 mph

750π/99 mph or approximately

23.8 mph (to nearest thousandth of a mph)

w= 100 rev/min= 100 x 2π rad/min
v=rw= 80 x 200π = 50240 x 1.6 x 10^(-5) x 60 = 48 miles/hour
