On Egenuity/E2020 the answer is True since unconscious victims can't give consent but might die without necessary first aid. If a conscious victim doesn't want help the best you can do is call 911 and let the medical professionals deal with it.

Answer: True

Step-by-step explanation:

Consent is not required by the victim before providing him with first aid. First aid can be defined as the primary treatment which is given to the victim just after his injury.

This is not specific, it is very general and does not require special consent from the victim. It is not required only in case of severe surgery where there are chances that the person might die.

In this case there is a need that the victim or the member along with victim signs a consent.
