Based on the information given above, the patient is most likely suffering from VIRAL INFECTION OF THE UPPER RESPIRATORY TRACT. Upper respiratory tract infection are sickness cause by an acute infection of the upper part of the respiratory tract. Associated symptoms include cough, difficulty in breathing, fever, etc.
