Under the No-fault law, if you fail to provide proof of insurance, your driver license and license plate(s) will be suspended for up to three years.
Because of the no-fault law, the insurance company will ber required to take care all of your accidental damage during the signed period. But, you need to provide insurance proof and other legalities, and you will be sanctioned if you fail to do so
