15 rooms in 7 hrs.....7 hrs - 1 hr (the break) = 6 hrs
1 hr = 60 min...so 6 hrs = (6 * 60) = 360 minutes
so 15 rooms in 360 minutes is 360 / 15 = 24 minutes per room <==
