y1-y2/x1-x2
5-2/3-(-6)=3/9
3/9=1/3 this is your slope.
now you onli pick one of the points you already have and plug it in y-y1=m(x-x1)
y-5=1/3(x-3)
y-5=1/3x-1
y=1/3x+4
