Popliteal lymph node can be found at the popliteal fossa of the knee. Popliteal lymph nodes are small in size and they are about seven in number in humans. One can be found immediately beneath popliteal fascia, near the end of the small saphenous vein of the leg. Another can be found in between the popliteal artery and the posterior surface of the knee joint.
