Numerator: (4x-3y) / 12

Denominator: (3x+4y) / 12

Therefore, the final answer will be Numerator / Denominator

You will get: (4x-3y) / (3x+4y)

Let's set it up like this:

((x)/(3)-(y)/(4))/((x)/(4)+(y)/(3))
Find the LCD, which is 12, and adjust them according to that.

=((4x-3y)/(12))/((3x+4y)/(12))
Divide.

=(\left(4x-3y\right)\cdot \:12)/(12\left(3x+4y\right))
Cancel the common factor, which is 12.

=(4x-3y)/(3x+4y)
That would be our answer!

Let me know if you have any questions regarding this problem!
Thanks!
