F(x)=x+2 over 2
F (-8)
So it would be
F(-8)=-8+2 over 2
And that would be
F(-8)=-8+1
So the anwer is
F(x)=-7 or just -7

f(x)=(x+2)/2
f(-8)=(-8+2)/2
f(-8)=-6/2
f(-8)=-3
