2 3/8 is equal to 19/8
So all you have to do is multiply the number to the fraction to get the answer
400 x 19/8= 950 square feet

950 square feet. 2 gallons is 800, 1/8 of a gallon is 50, 50x3 =150. 800+150=950 gallons
