Is a vitamin deficiency detrimental to your health ? Why or why not ?

Yes it could be detrimental if you do not solve the problem in a timely manner. However, the lack of vitamins is an easily solved problem for most people.

I would say that it is not because you can always get more vitamins. However, it is extremely unhealthy to have a vitamin deficiency.
