SA = (pi)r^2 + (pi)rs
= (pi)(4.5)^2 + (pi)(4.5)(7)
= (pi)(20.25) + (pi)(31.5)
= 63.61 + 98.96
= 162.57
Therefore surface area is 162.57cm^2, assuming that 7 is slant height.
