Plz help

A person who wants to increase his or her present weight should consume more calories than they burn increase their caloric output so it is slightly higher their caloric intake decrease their caloric output so it is lower than their caloric intake increase their caloric output if they plan to consume the same number of calories

they can absolutely take the calories as long as they are doing work out or going through a diet. And taking care of themselves
