Hi!
We need the perimeter in meters, so we have to turn cm into m.
63 cm = 0.63 m
The perimeter is the sum of all side measures:
P = 0.63 + 0.63 + 0.63 + 0.63
P = 4 * 0.63
P = 2.52 m
