“make sure that the degree of risk should not be greater than the seriousness of the problem that needs to be solved “

Before a doctor can pursue to this kind of research, there is a board of approvers who will audit whether the research’s risk is less compared to the existing problem. A go signal is only given after meticulous inspection is performed.
