The 2 triangles have one equal angle of measure 88

The side of length 3 and the side of length 1 have a ratio 3: 1

The side of length 6 and the side of length 2 have a ratio 6: 2, when we divide both terms of the ratio by 1, it becomes 3: 1

That means we have one equal angle and two proportional sides
