A root of 4 means the factor is (x - 4)
Multiplicity 2 means it has a power of 2 => => (x - 4)^2
Leading Coefficient -1 means it will be reflected opening downward
- (x - 4)^2
-(x^2 - 8x + 16)
-x^2 + 8x - 16
