It's an exponential graph so it must be something like
`y=a^x+c`
It passes through (0, -2) on the y-axis so it must be
`y=a^x-2`
It passes through approximately (0.5, 0) on the x-axis so

`0=a^(0.5)-2`

`\ln2=0.5\ln a`

`\ln a= (\ln2)/(0.5)`

`a=e^{ (\ln2)/(0.5)}=4`

Equation is
`y=4^x-2`
