young kids being put on certain medications can affect them. Some may not be hungry, dont want to go to bed, and overall act like zombies. I know someone who was on medication and they would act like a complete zombie, it was weird they said it was because of the medications they were on to control themselves when hyper which would be ADD. Challenges include feeling not hungry loss of appitete. my cousin takes medication like this and he is never hungry when he takes it... and his sleep schedule is always different i guess.

The most common problems that can be experienced when children are medicated are : they can get easily affected by different classes of drugs.Parents should keep in mind that children are more susceptible to the side effects that can come with the various classes of drugs and a child’s body does not absorb and eliminate drugs unlike an adult bodies and that can affect both developing brain of a child and its social development.
