What was one of the reasons that the civil war meant a halt in momentum for the womens right movement

Because the civil war started, many people were more concerned about
#1: freeing the slaves or keeping slavery
#2: Keeping the Union together or forming another country
etc...

that many didn't spend a lot of time thinking about getting women rights. Most women were also busy in factories, being nurses, or taking care of their homes that they didn't go outside to march for their rights
