Since slope is ³/₄
then ⇒ m = ³/₄

using the point-slope form (y-y₁) = m(x-x₁)
using (5 , -4)
(y - (-4)) = ³/₄ (x - 5)
4 (y + 4) = 3(x - 5)
⇒ 4y + 16 = 3x - 15
4y - 3x = - 31
