The answer is 812. 1421/7=203 and 203x4=812.

812 families have two or more children.
To figure this out, we first divide 1421 by 7 to find 1 of 7 families. 1421/7=203. Then, we multiply 203 by 4, which gets us 812.
Therefore, 812 families have two or more children.
