Answer:

A Perfect Square number from a number system is a number which can be expressed as the square of some number from same number system.

Or A perfect square no is a no. whose square root is possible and belong to same number system.

Number ending with 1 , 2 , 3 , 7 , 8 can never be a perfect square no.

Some examples of Perfect Square No.

16 = (4)² = (-4)²

625 = (25)² = (-25)²

10000 = (100)² = (-100)²

(64)/(81)=((8)/(9))^2=((-8)/(9))^2

1.21 = (1.1)² = (-1.1)²

Non Perfect Square Number is a number which can not be expressed as the square of some number.

Number ending with 1 , 2 , 3 , 7 , 8 are always a non perfect square no.
