The significance of the Magna Carta varies, depending on time. Its full significance was not in evidence the year it was signed. It gained greater significance a decade after it was written and even greater significance 82 years after it was written. And it became more significant 562 years after it was written.

Well its one of the most important documents to be made because it states that everyone should be subject to law also the king and guarantees the rights to individuals the right to justice and the right to a fair trial
