This was written last 1917 by the United the Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour to Lord Walter Rothschild. It indicated that Palestine is the national territory of the Jewish people. Also, the letter further gave its vision of the place where Jewish can finally enjoy their rights on their own land. It was a plan of restoration of the Jews for being scattered in different areas because of the conflicts they had encountered. However, due to WWI the plan did not materialize and ended on compromise with Middle East Countries.
