The nurse counsel could explain to the client that testosterone is a hormone that could trigger the production of sebaceous gland that creates the natural oil that helps our skin maintain moisture. Testosterone only triggers the production but what is important is to control the excessive oil in the face that could trigger acne. The nurse counsel also must advise the teenage client to be more diligent in his daily hygiene and and extra care for his skin.
