We can draw the rise in the road as:

We have to calculate the angle θ.

As we have a right triangle, we can relate rise and length with the angle using this trigonometric ratio:

\begin{gathered} \tan (\theta)=\frac{\text{Opposite}}{\text{Adyacent}}=(6)/(82)=(3)/(41) \\ \theta=\arctan ((3)/(41))\approx4.18\degree \end{gathered}

Answer: the gradient angle of the road is 4.18°
