I could tell that your original participants suffered from acquiescence bias due to the respondents answering strongly agree. The questionnaire may be a bit vague or the respondents had a different understanding on it and in return answered without really thinking. An acquiescence bias is the tendency of the respondents to affirm to the type of question it asks without confirming the details.
