If only males are affected in a pedigree, what is the likely inheritance pattern for the trait? draw a three-generation pedigree showing the inheritance of the trait from an affected grandfather to an affected grandson. (no spouses are affected.)

If only males are affected in a pedigree, the likely inheritance pattern for the trait is sex-linked. Sex linked traits are traits obtained from the male and female chromosomes through sexual interaction. So if only the males are affectes, then the dominant trait is from the male or the allele is dominant and the female is recessive.
