The equation x-2y=10 fits the requirements.
To figure this out, I put them all in point-slope intercept form: y=mx+b
x-2y=10
-x -x
-2y=-x+10
---------------
-2 -2
y=x/2-5
x/2: positive!
-5: correct y-interecpt!
