2x+3y=11
Y= -2x + 1 re-write -2x - y = -1
so
2x + 3y =11
-2x - y = -1
--------------add
2y = 10
y = 5
Y= -2x + 1
5 = -2x + 1
-2x = 4
x = -2
answer
solution (-2 ,5)
