hmm, reflected across x=-5
it was 2 units away from that on the left so now it is 2 units to the right
now it is at (-3,5)

reflect across x=2
it was 5 units to the left so now it is 5 units to right
(7,5) is A'

Answer:

(7,5)

Explanation:

Given : The point A (-7, 5) is reflected over the line x = -5, and then is reflected over the line x = 2.

To Find: What are the coordinates of A'

Solution :

When The point A (-7, 5) is reflected over the line x = -5

Rule :(x,y)→(-x-10,y)

Using rule : (-7,5)→(-(-7)-10,5)→(-3,5)

Now we are given that it is reflected over the line x = 2

Rule :(x,y)→(-x+4,y)

Using rule : (-3,5)→(-(-3)+4,5)→(7,5)

Thus the coordinates of A' is (7,5)

Hence Option C is correct.
